We check our raw materials in the field, during harvest, during processing and on the finished product.

Quality and safety of our honey and our products are the basis of our philosophy. The very short supply chain allows us to control every single step and guarantee complete traceability of the raw materials, in full compliance with the legislation regulating food safety.

Each batch of raw material is subjected to severe and complete analyzes issued by the most prestigious and specialized European laboratories which certify the conformity of the products with the European Directives and Italian legislation on food safety.
