Organic Polyflora Honey

Polyflora honey harvested in the pristine Transylvania region of Romania.

Polyfloral honey that derives from the nectar of numerous plants, in the Carpathian mountains mostly from natural and spontaneous fields, apple and wild cherry trees, beech trees, conifers, as well as from shrubby and tree-like plants. It is a honey rich in nectars, with a complex flavour, the bees collect the nectars in flowering meadows and pastures, thus obtaining a honey with balanced but always different flavors and aromas.

Amber yellow color, more or less intense odor and flavor with bittersweet notes.
